Description
The classic Preussen (Prussian) décor and comfortable surroundings mirror the cuisine served in our restaurant. Classic and creative regional specialties along with some internationally-inspired options are available to appease every taste including vegetarians and vegans. We strive and focus on serving regional and local products. Our fresh river trout comes directly from Zippelsförder fishers. The local butcher delivers fresh meats from the region and any game meats come exclusively from local Brandenburg forests as the seasons allow. The surrounding rich and fertile lands in the Brandenburg region certainly have a lot to offer those desiring to understand the pure taste of locally sourced products. As holidays come and the seasons change, special menus reflecting the occasions and seasons will be available with popular events like the yearly Martins goose feast and various brunch dates.

It was a lovely place to stay. Peaceful and serene with walking in every direction. The rooms were very clean and the views of the river were very green and lush. There were many walking and biking trails to enjoy. The food was delicious from the morning buffets to the tasty dinners. Staff were very kind and gracious. The hotel is positioned in a good location to branch out from to explore nearby lakeside, historic towns, like Neuruppin and farther out. The lake is beautiful to walk around, swim in and take boat rides in. We will be back!

I had a very nice experience in this hotel! Super nice service! The room was very cozy and very cleaned :) und willkommen schnapps war lecker!
